* EXHIBITION CONDITIONS (6 SPACES AVAILABLE, GOLD LEVEL ONLY - please read carefully):
Each Company shall provide appropriate furniture for the allocated exhibition space as well as any equipment required during the setting up and dismantling of the exhibition area. Each company needs to provide the name of the person in charge of setting up, the name of the person who will be present during the entire Conference. Due to the location of the Conference venue the setting up of the exhibition area can only be made on 13th December 2011; dismantling has to be arranged to take place immediately after the end of the Conference on 16th December 2011 .
